The original is a full circle skirted dress with circular sleeves. It fastens at the back neck with seven covered buttons and loops and has a plaquet opening in the left side. Calico toile draped and created by SCCS bursary recipient Nicola Sowter for Bath Fashion Museum.

Half scale muslin toile of a 1931 silk georgette Vionnet dress. The original is a red and blue rose print afternoon tea dress in silk georgette.
